NASA Flight Readiness Review Held Today

Space Shuttle and International Space Station Program managers are at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida at present for the Flight Readiness Review, or FRR, where they will talk about space shuttle Endeavour's readiness for flight.

Following the meeting, NASA will broadcast an official launch date during a press meeting aired on NASA TV and www.nasa.gov/ntv. Meanwhile, workers at Launch Pad 39A have completed ordnance connections in preparation for Endeavour's liftoff to the International Space Station.

At NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, STS-130 Commander George Zamka and Pilot Terry Virts will conduct ability flying in their T-38 jet aircrafts. At NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, NASA officials statement that the Flight Readiness Review for space shuttle Endeavour's STS-130 mission to the International Space Station is proceeding efficiently.
