Afghanistan security beefed up ahead of vote

Safety forces in Afghanistan are complaining up their presence crossways the country in advance of Saturday's parliamentary election.

The cranium of a voting centre in the south was killed Friday evening when his vehicle struck a curb bomb — one of at least 22 people killed in election-related aggression.

In adding, one applicant and 18 election workers have been abducted in the run-up to the vote that will check the government's ability to hold lawful elections after last year's catastrophic presidential vote.

While election workers deal out ballot boxes, extra checkpoints are set up to make sure for suicide bombers and insurgent.
