Record breaking jump: Daredevil Felix Baumgartner


Austrian daredevil Felix Baumgartner plummeted into the record books Oct. 14, breaking the mark for highest-ever skydives after leaping from a balloon more than 24 miles over Earth's exterior a standard that has lasted more than half a century. Baumgartner will try to break a 52-year-old record by skydiving from 23 miles. He wills effort to break the sound barrier while in dive.
