Killer of British toddler James Bulger charged over child porn

JON Venables, the killer of the British toddler James Bulger, has been charged with downloading child pornography, it was revealed Monday.

The development comes after a judge at the London's Old Bailey court lifted some of the media restrictions on the case.

Venables was found on guilty along with Robert Thompson of murdering the two-year-old Bulger in 1993.
