Car crash killed 3 people include 2 child’s

A car accident state 3 people died & 2 injuries. A man & his 2 yr old daughter from Dannevirke & a 70 yr old woman from Ormondville died after their cars crashed late on Wednesday night.

The accident occurred before 10.00pm on State Highway 2 among Dannevirke & Norsewood. Police said that the people in both cars were direction home, one heading south to Dannevirke, the other north to neighboring Ormondville.

Police say the 2 yr old girl was travelling with her parents, who were admitted to the hospital. The father, 36, died midnight in the hospital. The mother remains in hospital in a serious condition & is in a coma stage. The 73 yr old female passenger from the other car is reported as serious but stable.
