VALLEJO, Calif. -- A 15-year-old supposed of gunfire an ice cream truck driver in Vallejo has been under arrest. Police say the boy was arrested approximately 7 p.m. Wednesday in Oakland as he was exit a home with suitcase and bag. He is being detained at Alameda County Juvenile Hall in San Leandro.Police say the teenager gunshot 39-year-old Amarjit Kaur in the chest after demanding money on the afternoon of Feb. 3 as her truck was parked close to Springstowne Middle School.
The boy's supposed 14-year-old partner in crime was taken into custody last week and police say the gun used in the shooting was recovered from his home. Amarjit Kaur be in hospital for treatment.
