The drivers of a Jaguar & a dump truck face accuses after a road rage fight on a Virginia interstate told Virginia Police. They said that after the truck combined onto Interstate 95, the drivers argued forcefully, with the dump truck striking the Jaguar 2 times & both finish up next to the shoulder wall.Police said 25-year-old Gabriel Poventud fired 13 gunshots, striking the truck 4 times as it drove away. Poventud, whose 2 year old daughter was into the car, is charged with child put in danger, tried homicide & weapons charges.
The dump truck driver, 44-year-old James Bringham, is charged with irresponsible driving.
