A 41-year-old man has charged with the kill of a fitness instructor from Wiltshire whose body has not been recovered. Martin Sugden, from Stanton St Quintin, appeared before Chippenham Magistrates & was remanded in prison.Personal trainer Donavan Van Lill, 29, from South Africa, disappeared above 2 weeks ago. Mr Sugden is due to come out at Bristol Crown Court on April 6.
