Islamabad, Pakistan- A drone assault in Pakistan's northwest tribal area killed 4 supposed militants Wednesday. The strike took place in a town near the city of Miranshah in North Waziristan, officials told.The assault destroyed a car & a compound, told the officials who did not want to be identified as they are not authorized to speak to the media. North Waziristan is 1 of the 7 districts in Pakistan's tribal area along the Afghan limit.
The US is the only kingdom in the area known to have the ability to launch missiles from drones, which are controlled distantly. U.S. officials normally do not comment on supposed drone strikes, which have caused tension among Pakistan & the US in the past.
