Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics: Britain’s women curlers proved themselves as stronger as they beat world champions China in their opening match at 5-4.Eve Muirhead (Skipper), Jackie Lockhart, Kelly Wood and Lorna Evers managed to grasp the win.At the 5th end, Britain stood at 3-1, but the Chinese women narrowed the gap to 3-2. But Eve Muirhead’s hammer sealed an additional point to bring back Britain to 4-2.
